Sigma Kneader Cum Extruder |

For
intensive mixing, kneading, homogenizing paste & viscous and
thick plastic and rubber compounds etc. Excellent for chemicals,
rubbers, plastic, adhesives, pastes, pharmaceuticals etc .
These types of machines are available in M.S. & S.S. contruction.
The kneader can be tilted by means of a mechanical system or
manually and for bigger models beyond 200 Kgs we provided
hydraulic tilting.
Hydraulic tilting system is provided with complete power pack,
electric motor, pressure valves, pipes, fittings, cylinders and
hoses which makes the tilting mechanism quick, easy and simple
to operate. The capacity ranges from 5 kgs to 2500 kgs . |

Ribbon Blender |
|
Suitable for homogenous mixing of
dry powders of different bulk densities used in the Food,
Mineral, Pharmaceutical, Paint & Chemical Industries. It is a
simple versatile mixer which can also mix semi wet material.
Ribbons of various designs are available to handle different
materials.
The mixer consists of a cylindrical shell inside
which rotates a double helix shaft fitted with spiral inner and
outer ribbons. During rotation of the shaft, the ribbons lift,
convey and intermix the material to get a homogenous mass in
short intervals. Discharge is from the bottom by a quick opening
valve |

Plough Shear Mixer |
|
Dry materials (powdery, granulator,
short fibred ), dry materials and liquids (wetting) , liquids
and pastes with low viscosity . With the mixing drum filled
30-70% and the rotation speed adjusted according to the size of
the mixer , the plough shaped shovels attain whiring,
three-dimensional product movement.
The mixing is lefted from
the drum well due to the from, angle of adjustment and rotation
of the mixing shovels and products particles cannot become
squashed between the backs of the shovels and the drum wall,
attains high mixing accuracy, short retention times and
simultaneously a particularly protective treatment of the mixing
products. |

High Shear Emulsifier |
|
The high speed rotation of rotor
blades within workhead exerts powerful suction force drawing the
liquid and solid materials upwards from bottom of the vessel
into centre of workhead and due to centrifugal force they are
subjected to milling between ends of rotor blades. The
dispersing product is sucked first axially downwards and then radially outwards through the pinned ring stator. Between the
stator and rotor pins the product is exposed to a high frequency
shearing with a shear rate of up to 7000 per second. Due to the
load in defined shear gaps, even agglomerates, which are
difficult to disperse, are effectively disintegrated and
micro-fine dispersed with highest solids concentration. |
Application

Mixing , breaking down agglomerates, dissolving, dispersing,
emulsifying and homogenizing viscous materials, such as primers,
paints and printing inks, pigmented coating compounds, plastic
pastes, ointments, creams photographic emulsions, adhesive and
resin solutions, etc. |

For pasty products
of medium to high viscosity and with low flow ability For
products, difficult to be pumped because of their low flow
ability and high thixotropy characters, that are required to be
discharged from Production vessels for feeding Production
Machines. Frame made of welded MS steel plates provides a study
construction. The construction is simple, all operational
controls are easy to reach and simple to operate. |

The Hydraulic unit
drive installed at the top of the frame provides the required
pressure via a hydraulic piston for both discharging of the
product and raising / lowering the platform together with
discharge vessel.

Air pockets between
the press-plate and the product are avoided by air vent.

The product has not
contact with the air while packing operation proceeds.

The plunger ring, as
it moves down, scrapes the vessel wall thus facilitating its
subsequent cleaning.

The lowering speed
of the plate is adjustable thus enabling good control of the
discharge process.
The employment of such a press is essential for removing and
transferring high paste chemical products
