Vibro Sifters

Vibro separators are circular gyratory screens used to separate solids from solids and liquid from solid. Vibro Sifter consists of Specially Designed Motor mounted vertically at the center of the base plate of the Screen. The Screen is in between feeding hopper and bowl. The material is fed on to the centre of top screen. The undersize material passes rapidly through the screen during its travel to the periphery. The over size material get continuously discharged through a tangential outlet. This is achieved by specially designed Vibratory Motor along with eccentric Top and Bottom Weights.

Tray Driers

Tray Dryer / Drying oven is fabricated out of rigid angle iron frame with double walled panels insulated with best quality compressed fibre glass and with a rigid door fitted with strong hings and best choosen locking arrangement. A control panel is fixed in front of the oven to facilitate the operation easily. It has a large working space and is available, manufacturing from mild steel & in good finishing outside with synthetic enamel colour & inside painted with heat resistent paint to resist temperature up to 300 degree, in Standard Model. It is also manufacture completely from SS304 or SS316 ( As per customer requirement ) in GMP Model & polished to the mirror finish from inside & matt finish from outside.

The Drying ovens are normally available with choice of heating mode, as electrically heated / steam heated & thermic fluid heated..

In electrically heated model, digital temperature controller provided with digital timer to facilitate working day and night. In steam & thermic fluid heated model, digital temperature indicator is provided with digital timer , but the temperature controller is not supplied with the machine.

Multi Mill

Multi Mill is wide used for high speed granulating, pulverizing, mixing, shredding & chopping of wet and dry products used in manufacture of pharmaceuticals, dyes industries, chemicals, ceramics and cosmetics and confectionaries industries etc.

Coating Pans

Our range of tablet coating pans is extensively used for sugar and film coating of tablets, pallets and granules. The unit comprises of ellipsoidal shaped pan fabricated using stainless steel sheet and mounted on the gearbox shaft, which is driven by an electric motor. These tablet coating pan are available in standard and GMP model with SS 304 or 316 contact parts.

• Hot air blower with flexible SS Pipe heaters are provided with thermostat control for fast drying

• Heaters are interlocked with the blower motor therefore unless the blower is on, heater does not start.

Strip Packing Machines

The unit consists of drive AC Motor coupled to worm reducer variable pitch pulley arrangement and multipin clutch. Drive mechanism housed in MS fabricated body with necessary opening for inspection and maintenance. One set of sealing rollers Max. 140 mm sealing width with back gear and pin ring. Horizontal scissors action cutter is provided to cut the strip horizontally by cutting gear assembly to obtain desired cut length of strips.
Two numbers cartridge heaters 750W/230V and temperature is controlled by thermostat as well as Electronic digital temperature indicator cum controller with selector switch. . Set of draw brushes to draw strips from the sealing rollers. Two numbers foil (Material) holding brackets with running tubes for unwinding and web tensioner and foil alignment arrangement. Unit is provided with one set of change parts which consists of S.S. Bowl, S.S. Chute channel release pin & Set of sealing rollers.
Vibrator unit is mounted on top plate of the unit with sliding base to control flow of tablets/capsules from hopper bowl and chute channel release pin. Unit is also provided with a take of conveyor of 1mt. Long. Unit is also provided with felt type Batch Printing Unit suitable for the printing.

Blister Packing Machines

The machine is applied to packing, in a way of internal-mounted-sealed forming plastics, batteries, cutting sheets, chewing gums, hardware tools, etc; and also is applied to packingthe industry products like electronic products, foodstuff, medicines, cosmetics, etc. The packed products are beautiful in appearance and strong in protection.

Characteristics:
The equipment adopts impulse-type and thermostatic heater. It finishes heating, matching motion automatically. With a manual dial, it is of ease of operation, and maintenance with an open-changing mould.

Edge Runners

We are offering an extensive range of edge runnner, which is manufactured in tandem with the international quality standards. The edge runnner, machine construction pan size is 4' dia X 11" height with roller size 24" dia X 6" face. The roller is also equipped with a cast iron hinge that is fixed with a center shaft. Further all the spears are fabricated from cast iron other than mild steel. Specifications:

• One number drive pension is fitted with the side of the center shaft

• Center shaft is made from 2.75" MS shaft

• 1 No. 2" dia X 5' L. counter shaft is equipped with two Nos. heavy-duty GM bush with MS block

Capsule Filling Machine

Two models are available. GMP model and Standard model. the GMP model is fabricated completely from Stainless Steel 304 quality. In the STD-Standard Model all contact parts are made out of Stainless Steel 304 quality and non~ontact parts are made out of non-corrosive metal duly plated or painted.

Interchangeabilty :-
Interchangeable parts can be supplied for all standard size capsules. Recommended interchangeability for optimum output : 0/00-0/1 /2-3/4/5.
