Plough Shear Mixer

Dry materials (powdery, granulator, short fibred ), dry materials and liquids (wetting) , liquids and pastes with low viscosity . With the mixing drum filled 30-70% and the rotation speed adjusted according to the size of the mixer , the plough shaped shovels attain whiring, three-dimensional product movement. The mixing is lefted from the drum well due to the from, angle of adjustment and rotation of the mixing shovels and products particles cannot become squashed between the backs of the shovels and the drum wall, attains high mixing accuracy, short retention times and simultaneously a particularly protective treatment of the mixing products.

Contra Rotary Mixer

The high-flexibility of the here described mixer allows the production of any paste, creams for Cosmetics & Pharmaceuticals Industries. This mixer is designed with high volumes to reduce the production time and increase the production capacity. The Mixer is based on contra rotating mixing principle.

The equipment is also available with bottom homogenizer and re-circulation systems for better uniform mixing.

The capacity ranges from 3 litres to 5000 litres.

Rapid Mixer Granulator

Rapid Mixer Granulator is designed to achieve excellent mixing and consistent granules at lower operating cost along with higher productivity. Better mixing and closed control of granule size leads to faster tableting speeds with improved quality and least rejections.
Capacity ranges from 20 litres to 1500 litres.

Conical Mixers

Efficeint for rapid dry blending , homogenizing with upto 1% to 2% addition of powders, chemicals, minerals, colours, pigments, drugs, fertilizers, dyes etc .

This type of machine has the most efficient design for rapid blending and mixing at low operating speeds. The design consists of shallow vertical cylinder with a cone of carefully engineered angle located at each end. Products mixed can be dicharged directly into the container if desired by means of a butterfly valve fitted at the end of the cone. The blender is available either in M.S. Or S.S 304/316 materials. The drive consists of a motor coupled to a suitable gearbox to give the desired RPM.

Available in capacities from 25kgs to 3000 kgs.

Fluidized Mixers / Double Arm Mixers

The mixer comprises of two shafts with series of paddles located at different angles for better mixing purpose. The mixer shafts rotate in opposite directions at specific speeds.

The mixer consist of two counter rotating shafts on which are mounted mixing paddles to create a fluidized zero gravity zone. All particles are in constant random motion avoiding any dead mixing zones. Mixing cycle is reduced to seconds.

Special Provision of Pin Mills are available for de-lumping purpose are available in this Mixer.

Capacity ranges from 25ltrs to 2000 ltrs.
